Bio

Nola spent 7 years in the United States Air Force, her first 4 being spent as a Surgical Technician. After, she attended Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach on a Golf Scholarship, and after 2 years she transferred to Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. She competed on the Women’s Golf Team there as well and completed her degree in Business Administration.
After college, she competed on the ‘FUTURES’ Golf Tour for 2 seasons, and that is when Nola fell in love with the gym. She re-enlisting in the Air Force Reserve and as a Firefighter for another 3 years, but after that, she dove into training head first.

This is her third full year competing in figure competitions and she is determined to earn her IFBB Pro Card.
2005 is the first year Nola’s competed at the National level.

“I am excited to train hard now in the off-season, make a few improvements on my physique, eat a few things I have been craving, and kick some ass next year!”
Nola has done quite a bit of fitness modeling over the past two years also. In the past, she has worked the Olympia expo in Vegas and would like to do so again this year. Nola is a Firefighter/EMT and a Personal Trainer, and loves her jobs because they are “rewarding.” She enjoys helping people reach their health and fitness goals. “It is an honor for me to help someone change their appearance and physique.
